Once you’ve confirmed all colours, fabrics, and styles and payment has been received, your blinds are custom-made within 5–10 working days. We’ll then contact you to arrange installation or delivery as soon as they’re ready.

We provide free on-site measuring services within Christchurch. If you’d like a quick estimate, simply email us approximate window sizes at info@windowart.co.nz and we’ll send you an initial quote.
Once payment has been made, we usually start production within 24 hours, so it’s best to finalise your style and selections before confirming your order.
We recommend that all old blinds, brackets and screws are removed before our installation team arrives. Please note that we don’t offer disposal services for old blinds.
